Why I am getting ???? when I receive SMS
Getting ??? in the message means you are selecting the language as UNICODE and sending this message in ENGLISH language. It happens when you send the REGIONAL language message in ENGLISH language. For more details please see the below knowledgebase video. Make sure do not change language from UNICODE to ENGLISH after typing the UNICODE message in text area.
