If you have integrated SMS API in your software and facing issue like sms are not going. Please follow below steps to check.
1 - First check your API is working or not, copy paste your API url in address bar of chrome browser and send, you will receive the SMS on mobile.
2 - Check Delivery report for that no from your pannal, the status must be "Delivered".
If you are sending sms from third-party software and messages are not going and this is also not showing in delivery reports, it means software is not using API URL. Check with the software provider for API integration.
