While copying mobile nos from excel message is not going to all Nos

If you are copying mobile nos from excel in a big range, keep check before sending, there must be no "Blank Space", "Missing No", "8/9 digit No", "Extra spaces in cells" between the series. For these steps
1 - Select the whole column and Click on Data and do Sort. You can easily find out missing, white spaces and 8/9 character nos are on the top and remove it.
2 - You can easily do "Find" and "Replace All" to remove all "Extra spaces in cells" before and after the nos. Please see the images.
